My fav homemade deep conditioner...
Mash the flesh of one ripe avocado (or two, depending on thickness/length of hair). Add 2 tablespoons of honey and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Mix until creamy and then apply to your hair. Leave under a cap for no less than 30 min. Do this before you wash your hair.
