Hi, what are your thoughts on cantu shea butter leave in conditioning repair cream?
That product is so tricky! It’s loaded with artificial ingredients that will make your hair look SO dope. You’ll think you’ve found your staple! But as soon as you wash it out, your hair will be straight hay. It doesn’t supply your hair with the proper nutrients cause it doesn’t have any! It basically gives your hair an “artificial pretty”. You have plenty other all natural options. Look into the Qhemet Biologics line, the Shea Moisture line, Bee Mine, Karens Body Beautiful. Those will all have your hair looking gorgeous while promoting actual hair growth and health.
Now that its summer time, my back has started breaking out uncontrollably. My hair is in a short afro, which I keep moisturized daily with conditioner and coconut oil. I am convinced my back is breaking out because the hair products are sweating from my head and running down my back. I shower in the morning after I work out and in the evening after work, but I don't know what I can do to prevent this. help!
I’m no guru when it comes to skin! The most I can do is tell you what has been successful for those around me. Buy a pair of Bath & Shower exfoliating gloves. Pour an all natural body wash, like the Coconut & Hibiscus one (Or the African Black Soap one) by Shea Moisture, into the gloves and scrub all over! Pat your skin dry (never rub) with your towel and apply an all natural lotion, like the African Black Soap lotion by Shea Moisture (which is actually great for back acne & eczema). Sleep with a cotton tshirt so your skin has the proper ventilation. Don’t go to sleep without fresh & clean skin. That’s key. Keep me posted! Hope that helps.
ahh i need help with my hair i know its growing but my ends feel really bumpy if tht makes sense and my hair is always breaking what should i do? my hair feels moisturized for like a few hours then it gets super dry soo desperate right now
Sounds to me like you’re in need of a good trim, love! Once you release them your hair will retain more moisture. Also, pay attention to the products you’re using. Make sure the ingredients are all natural, so you can get the best response from your hair. Hope that helps <3
