Q:Hey Fran (hey)! How do you manage to drink a green smoothie, two cups of green tea, and two liters of water each day?
Hey! :) I drink a tall glass of water as soon as I wake up (usually right next to my bed waiting). I drink a green smoothie (2 leaves of kale, handful of spinach, 1 pear, 1/2 banana, 1 tablespoon each of chia and flax seeds, almond milk) as my breakfast. The 2-3 liters of water are throughout the day and the cups of tea are in between meals (helps with digestion). Fresh and all-natural fluids all day long!
