Q:Hey Fran! I LOVE THIS BLOG! I have a question regarding the Insanity workout. I am fairly thin but I want to be fit. Most people dont understand this and say I don't need to workout, but I can't walk up a flight of stairs without being out of breath. Will insanity make me rail thin? I want abs, ass, and endurance. Should I give Insanity a try? Happy New Year!
Hey! Thank you :) You should absolutely give Insanity a try. It’s going to be a lot of hard work but the end results are totally worth it. Make sure you’re eating properly (cut down on sugary snacks/drinks, drink more water, eat fresh fruit/greens, cut down on boxed/pre-packaged snacks/meals, cook more, etc) if you want to build muscle mass and feel more endurance! I also love P90x, which I completed this time last year. Amazing DVD set! Your body will be so strong and healthy by the end of those 3 months. It’s life changing. Happy New Year, indeed <3
