Now that you know my all-natural go-to post-workout smoothie (see previous post if you missed it) it’s time to put in the work. No waist training corsets, no sweat suits, no powders, no “fat blasting” pills, no shortcuts whatsoever. Just consistency, whole foods (grown on earth not in labs) and 2-3 liters of daily water! It may take a little longer and you may fall off the wagon sometimes but trust that you will get there 💫 Who’s with me on doing it all the natural way?
I received an email from the Nike Training Club saying “Access Is Granted”. I was excited and…scared. Have any of you used the NTC app? Whew! It’s one thing to work out on your own with it and it’s a whole different ball game to be on Nike’s radar and trained by their actual instructors.
Long story short, I’ve been laying on my living room floor for the past hour. It was a high intensity workout that started with 30 min of boot-camp like total body conditioning followed by another 30 min of weight-based yoga. It was hard but I feel amazing for completing it! The Nike Ambassadors were all really energetic and nice! And made sure we had water and towels on deck at all times. We were given shots of wheat grass followed by smoothies to help our muscles recover right afterwards.
Thank you to our awesome trainers @noahdnieman and @karaliotta. They were tough on us but made sure to do it with love. And shouts to my fellow beasts @msporsche911 @hannah_rhee @vashtie @southernelle @hannahbronfman and @darlingchuck. Nike access is now granted. I’m ready!
