Q:Hi Fran, firstly your'e amazing and inspiring and whenever I feel myself slipping into bad habits I come to your page and I feel motivated again so thank you!! I have a question about facial skin care. I tried the OCM but it was too drying for my face so i now use Burts Bees and then oil to moisturise which has been great. Have you ever looked into using Rhassoul clay as a face mask ? I want to try it but I thought I'd get your advice first. Thanks girl and keep at it :)
Ahhh! That’s awesome to hear. Thank you for the inspiration :)
Rhassoul Clay is everything! I love it cause you can use it on both your skin and hair, which is always my favorite sign (of true health) when it comes to beauty products. It’s an amazing detox and moisturizer, for both. Naptural85 just recently posted a DIY Hair Cleanser using the clay! Check it out here.
Q:I have a condition that requires shampooing (Seborrheic Dermatitis) and I was wondering if you know any natural cures. I've already altered my diet, but with all the washing that I HAVE to do, my hair has been dry.
Hey :) Let me know if this DIY Remedy For Seborrheic Dermatitis helps you!
Q:Hey Fran ! Can I substitute the raw honey with Jamaican Black Castor Oil in your DIY Deep Treatment ?
Hey :) Absolutely!

Q:Hiiii beautiful lovely awesome fran! I have a question about something i am confused about - okay, so i know we are supposed to be mosturizing daily. But say if i use gel or mousse in my hair because it gives me the look i want, do i mosturize with that everyday??? Or should i use like a cream or butter first and then add the gel or mousse on top??
Hey :) Which gel and mousse are you using? The point of moisture is using products that can actually provide it! Most gels/mousse products are loaded with alcohol, which gives you that hold, but sacrifices your hair health in the long run. Have you watched my DIY hair gel video? You will be able to use it daily and actually watch your hair health improve! Hope that helps.
