Here’s my DIY Deep Treament Masque using avocados, bananas, strawberries, coconut oil, olive oil, and raw honey.
I’ve been using this instead of store bought deep treatments for over a year now and my hair loves it!
In the video, I educate on the specific ingredients before I actually create the product. Hope you enjoy!

I made a new styling video: Flexi Rod Set Using Shea Moisture’s Frizz-Free Curl Mousse. I was tired of twist outs and even though my hair is short I knew there was something else I could do.
It turned out great! I hope you like it.

I’m a long-time fan and follower and you’ve motivated me to incorporate health and wellness into my daily life in SO many new ways. I am currently training to become a yoga & indoor cycling teacher in Los Angeles at a fitness center called, “YAS” (Yoga And Spin).
I have a free pass for anyone who wants to check out a yoga or spin class at YAS any time so I wanted to send it your way in case you thought your LA-based followers wanted this freebie. All they have to do is show this pass at any of our YAS locations and they get to take the class completely for free. (they can even show an electronic version on their phones or tablets or whatevers)
Only caveat: if they need to rent a yoga mat, it’s $2
Anyway, it’s a really fun take on yoga and spin. I’ve learned a lot and I hope this free pass helps other folks learn some new things as well!
Take care and be well!!

A trifecta of natural beauty products from Vitacost Organic honey for my face, tea and toast. Organic coconut oil for everything head-to-toe (hair, skin, oilpulling, cooking). Aztec Secret bentonite clay, also for everything head-to-toe (it’s AMAZING on hair AND skin!!). Anyone practice oil pulling? I’m trying it out thanks to Hey Fran Hey and @itsolivialane
